Nice and quiet hotel with a restaurant and lounge. Lots of parking (even with towing a trailer)
We had a staff Christmas party at the Causeway tonight and it was freaking AWESOME!! The food was fabulous and all the staff; Dusty, Krista, Kayla, and Midell made it especially wonderful. They interacted with our group like they were family and made our special night one to be remembered for years. Absolutely love you guys!
Came to visit my son who works at the mine. Hotel showed sold out on-line but decided to stop and ask about availability. The staff was super pleasant and found a room for me. Very clean rooms and hotel. Restaurant was pretty good too. The staff were awesome. Highly recommended!
I had the opportunity to have a couple extended stays here for work. Overall the hotel was great. I was very impressed by how engaged and friendly the staff were. The rooms were average hotel room and clean. The on site restaurant was great in my experience , but I was mostly kept go breakfast only. The front desk was open 24hrs and there was an onsite laundry service. I would recommend
We got stuck late at night due to Crows nest pass being closed. While their rooms were full they had beds set up in a common room for free (accepting donations to Tumbler Ridge) and snacks and drinks. Incredibly helpful and kind staff.
I arrived late as I was driving home but the weather and my anxiety was getting to me. All they had left was executive king size. I went for it and it was a treat. The room was huge with a living room, etc. King size all to my self!! The staff were so nice. Room super clean and bed oh so comfy! Great restaurant as well.

Best people are working there. They saved our night. We were stuck in traffic for 5 hours, not moving at all 'cause of big accident on road. The stuff did such a good thing. They were fully booked, but still let us stay for a night there. Hotel prepared a room with mattresses and cots . I'm so thankful for their hospitality it's was so kind and sweet.
